PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Professional development is an important factor in becoming and remaining an early childhood professional.  Education and training help individuals remain current and knowledgeable.  Research has shown that the biggest determinant in the quality of child care is the knowledge, skills and abilities of the provider.

Education

T.E.A.C.H. Early Childhood® NEBRASKA provides support and funds for early childhood employees to attend a community college or possibly work on their Bachelor’s Degree through the university system.
